Initial Story Board Draft:
Film older woman putting tape into tv looking a bit upset.
zoom into tv until it consumes the screen.
Follow two people on split screen only showing feet, putting shoes on/getting ready then
both leave the house start walking slowly begin to run and zoom out as they’re running until
both are fully in frame. Then switch to one screen where they run into each other's arms.
Two girls hug then kiss. Short, quick scene.
Film the two having fun, short party scenes ect.
Film them with long shots running through fields at sunset, swimming in the sea.
Being young and wild.
Film close up them having an argument, follow one person off scene then cut to other
person sat along, low-key lighting, sad.
Split screen, one girl stays sad over the breakup, the other gets with a man but is in
an unhappy relationship.
Screen goes static and zooms back out to the modern time with the TV.
Pan round to close up shot of an old lady sad.
Zooms out to reveal both women when they’re older, happy, holding hands.
Or other woman walks in with a cup of tea and sit down together.
Shots I'd Like To Use
- Tracking shot- following subject at the start and again at the end
- Medium close up-
- Split screen- after arguing scene compare lives/feelings
- Long shot-
- Extreme longshot- running across the beach/in a field
Video Script
- As music starts tracking shot of older woman walking towards TV and putting on an old
VHS tape
- Camera zooms into the TV screen
- Cuts to more vintage looking camera
Unfinished video, still need to:
- Film the beginning minute
- Film ending
- Sort out the quality of the video when I upload it properly
